Encore’s Global Production Group to help bring the event for Frito Lay to the next level. Although they did not expect to work with Encore in this way, they are certainly thrilled that they did.

From the onset of planning, Encore immediately demonstrated that they had what it took to bring the right ideas to life.

Only weeks after that first meeting, the event was upon them. The global production group and the in-house Encore team collaborated to plan and produce an all-encompassing show that the customer loved. The custom set included two 26’ by 15’ screens flanking the stage with Atomic scenic and LED uplights. Branded signage on truss towers blanketed the rest of the space—displaying the vast array of products. This room was an amazing representation of their brand.

The real magic started at show time. A DJ positioned on a separate stage welcomed speakers to the main stage with live intros and custom music, bringing maximum attendee interaction. Without a doubt, this was a feel-good event for the boisterous and fun sales team at the snack company.

Though Encore had minimal pre-show preparation time, the team maneuvered and adapted on-site to aid creative elements, speaker support and presentations, including an impromptu Q&A session. That flexibility and production leadership made Encore a Frito-Lay favorite saying “The event was flawless. We had a bunch of changes and last-minute requests and everyone on the [Encore] staff was extremely accommodating and met every need that we had”
